Growing teratoma syndrome (GTS) is a condition characterized by tumor growth during or after chemotherapy for germ cell tumor, albeit with normal marker levels in the absence of histopathological evidence immature components. We encountered 10-cm large GTS lesion para-aorti nodes fertility-preserving surgery grade 3 ovarian teratoma.
